How do I create an account?

In order to create an account in Astera, you have to install a mobile app where you can register your account. Creating an account is completely free.

 

How do I add a new user?

In order to contact your idol or expert, you must have their code which they should give you via their official channel in social media or in another way. Once you know a code of user that you want to talk to, go to the app and log in. Then click a button ‘+’ on a homepage, enter the code and click ‘search’.

 

How do I change my profile picture?

Once you are logged in the app, click on the menu (three lines) in the upper left corner. Then click on the thumbnail at the top left. Here you have access to your all profile settings. In order to change your picture, just click on the thumbnail and select your new picture.

 

How do I delete my account?

Once you are logged in the app, click on the menu (three lines) in the upper left corner. Then click on the thumbnail at the top left. Here you have access to your all profile settings. At the very bottom there are advanced options. Here you can find an option ‘Delete your account’.

 

How do I change my profile description?

Once you are logged in the app, click on the menu (three lines) in the upper left corner. Then click on the thumbnail at the top left. Here you have access to your all profile settings. Here you can find a box ‘Your user description’.

 

How can I buy additional points?

Once you are logged in the app, click on the points sign at the top of the screen and select the package you are interested in.

 

How do I manage my notifications?

Once you are logged in the app, click on the menu (three lines) in the upper left corner. Then click on the thumbnail at the top left. Here you have access to your all profile settings. At the very bottom there are advanced options. Here you can find options for PUSH and e-mail notifications.

 

How do I report another user?

To report a user, you must enter the selected conversation with the user you want to report. Then, in the upper right corner, select the three-dot menu and then the option you are interested in - report, then select from the list an appropriate reason for reporting.

 

How do I block someone?

To block a user, you must enter the selected conversation with the user you want to block. Then, in the upper right corner, select the three-dot menu and then the option you are interested in - block.

 

How do I delete a contact?

To delete contact, you must enter the selected conversation with the user you want to delete. Then, in the upper right corner, select the three-dot menu and then the option you are interested in - delete a contact.
